These web cams are new technology for us and we are still experimenting on how to make the viewing experience as much fun as possible. Our puppies don't always cooperate with us as they like to move around a lot. So please be patient and come back often if you don't see anyone when when you are viewing. We guarantee they will be back. If you experience any difficulty in viewing one cam or all of the cams, they may be down at that time.  If this problem persists please let us know and we will help and try to resolve the problem.
